Petition Number: PLNPCM2024-00389 Application Type: Zoning Map Amendment Project Location: 238 S Concord St and 1255 W Pierpoint Ave Anthony Wright, the property owner and applicant, has submitted a petition to amend the zoning map for 238 S Concord St and 1255 W Pierpoint Ave. The proposed amendment would change the zoning of these properties from R-1/5,000 to RMF-30 with the intent to build family sized housing units on individual lots. Currently between the two lots, there are 10,700 square feet and one single family home. A public hearing will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on this item at a future date. This type of application requires a 45-day public input period before a decision is made. The purpose of the 45-day comment period is to identify potential impacts by the proposal and recommend potential solutions to mitigate the impacts.
