Join the poplar grove community council


Volunteering as a member of community council is a proactive step towards helping us foster a safe, reliable, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone in Poplar Grove. Join us as we strive to improve our neighborhood through active engagement with local organizations on a full range of issues, creating collaborative partnerships with government, industry, and nonprofits.

If you work in, reside in, or own property within the boundaries of the Poplar Grove neighborhood, you can become a member of the community council!

To join the Poplar Grove Community Council:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use "PGCC Interest - [your name]" in the Subject line
3. In your message, describe who you are, why you're interested in joining, and how you might like to be involved.
4. If you have a specific position in mind, include it in your message.
     Note: You do not have to run for a board member position in order to join the council. ALL ARE WELCOME!
5. Attach a resume if you have one, or craft one that outlines any experience or skill sets applicable.
     Note: No prior experience is required, a resume helps current members get to know your areas of expertise.
